This is in response to Judson Duncan’s April 11 letter.
I am amazed, although not surprised, at his letter. It seems that many liberals in this country think that they need to resort to name-calling to get their point across.
Ignorant? Squawking parrots? Pathetic? I am really tired of so many liberals cutting down the likes of Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham, Neal Boortz, etc. If they don’t like what is said, turn off the radio. Nobody is making them listen.
Those commentators have millions of listeners. They can’t all be wrong.
I have yet to hear a liberal call and back up anything they say with facts. They usually get frustrated and hang up. Yet every day people listen to NBC, CBS ABC, CNN and MSNBC go on promoting their liberal agendas about the evil corporations of this country. Yet people who have a 401(k) plan have their money invested in these companies. I am happy they make profits, and those profits contribute to my plan.
In closing, Judson was absolutely correct regarding socialism. Ask any person on the street what it is and, sadly enough, the majority will not be able to answer. But I suggest that people look it up in the dictionary, because if Obama’s administration has its way, everyone will need to know what it is — people will be living it here in America.
Redistribution of wealth; take from the rich and give to the poor — God help us all.
