College hoops scouting showcase at SMCC

SOUTH PORTLAND – The second-annual New England College Coaches Showcase basketball camp will be held May 29-31 at Southern Maine Community College.

This camp is designed to give competitive high school players a chance to showcase their ability in front of college coaches who will be the instructors throughout the weekend. Last year’s camp had 32 players and 10 different New England/New York area colleges represented.
