RUMFORD – “Food for Life – Eating Right for Cancer Survivorship” will be presented from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Thursday, April 23, in room 357 at Rumford Hospital.
The program will teach about low-fat, plant-based foods that can help nourish the body and strengthen the immune system. There will also be samples from recipes.
Catherine DiCocoa will lead the program. She has more than 25 years of teaching and cooking experience in whole foods.
