HEBRON – Richard and Mildred Foster of Hebron are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Bobbi Jean, to Matthew Burke of South Paris, son of Mary Belding of Harrison and the late Tony Burke.

Miss Foster is currently attending Southern New Hampshire University pursuing a master’s degree, and is employed at Central Maine Community College.

Mr. Burke is a 2008 graduate of Central Maine Community College and is employed at Belding Survey.

An October wedding is planned.
