WINDHAM – Peter and Christine Hamlin of Milo are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Lindsay Hamlin of Windham, to Eric Hanson of Windham, son of Bill and Linda Hanson of Wiscasset. Mrs. Hanson is formerly of Auburn.

Miss Hamlin is a 2007 graduate of the University of Maine with a degree in marine biology. She is a science teacher at Windham High School.

Mr. Hanson is a graduate of the University of Maine with a degree in wildlife biology. He is a science teacher at Windham High School.

An Aug. 1 wedding is planned at Millinocket Lake.
