Bank staff, customers support kids’ center

AUBURN – Employees at Key Bank in Androscoggin and Oxford counties found a different way to support this year’s Big Brothers Big Sisters Bowl For Kids’ Sake event.

Their goal was to involve the community in the event that supports the Child Health Center mentoring program. Each branch sold bowling pins and hung them around their facilities. At the Great Falls Plaza site the tellers made their own bowling alley out of the sold pins.

The Child Health Center, which is the parent organization of the Big Brothers Big Sisters program, received more than $250 in support of the event.

For more information about mentoring program, call the Child Health Center at 782-5437 in Androscoggin and southern Franklin counties and 743-7035 in Oxford County or visit www.childhealthcenter.org.
