WATERVILLE – The wedding of Meghan Ferriter and Michael Barriault was held on Nov. 29 at Sacred Heart Church in Waterville. The Rev. Paul Dumais officiated at the ceremony.
Mrs. Barriault is the daughter of Shannon and Stephen Phair of Belgrade and Thomas Ferriter of Aiken, S.C. Mr. Barriault is the son of Dennis and Janet Barriault of West Poland.
The bride, given in marriage by her parents, wore a strapless floor length gown with embroidered bodice and she carried a bouquet of red and white roses.
Emily Vincent was matron of honor for her best friend. Bridesmaids were Keiran Wrigley, Ryan Holland and Kathleen LeVasseur, sisters of the bride. Eleanor Holland, niece of the bride, was flower girl.
Seth Vincent, best friend, served as best man. Ushers were Jake Berry, Alex Doerr and Richard Veilleux, friends of the bridegroom. Aiden Gouldson, nephew of the bridegroom, was ring bearer.
A reception followed at the Elks Club in Waterville, after which the couple traveled to Nassau in the Bahamas. The couple is residing in Auburn.
The bride is a graduate of Messalonskee High School and the University of Southern Maine. She is employed at the Margaret Murphy Center for Children in Lewiston.
The bridegroom is a graduate of St. Dominic Regional High School and Bentley College. He is employed at Central Distributors in Lewiston.
