Advocates for Children board member Patrick Penley carries a few of the 660 daffodils that he and staff members cut at the home of Web Harrison of Auburn on Tuesday morning. Harrison, a local gardener, has donated thousands of daffodils to Advocates for Children, to be used as a fundraiser for the agency. Daffodils can be ordered by calling Advocates for Children at 783-3990. To share the pleasures of his gardens, Harrison will offer public tours and sell cut daffodils from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 9, and Sunday, May 10 (Mother’s Day). They are located at 256 Oak Hill Road, Auburn.
