LEBANON (AP) – A Massachusetts driver has been killed in a crash that injured five other people in Lebanon.

Police say a car driven by 21-year-old Gregory Barnes of Byfield, Mass., crossed the centerline on Route 202 Friday afternoon and grazed the rear tires of a trailer carrying a small tractor. His car continued into an oncoming car driven by a Milton, N.H., woman. She and four teens in her car were injured.

Police say they do not know why Barnes veered into oncoming traffic. They say they don’t believe speed, alcohol or drugs were involved.

Police are asking witnesses to call 324-1111.
