About 250 people walked a little over 3 miles during the March of Dimes March for Babies in Lewiston on Sunday morning. Staci Coomer, communication director for March of Dimes, said the goal was to raise $80,000 for research and education programs that prevent premature birth. Pushing strollers from left are: Amanda McDonough of Lisbon with her 2-year-old son, Isaiah, Margaret Burman of Lewiston with her 16-month-old daughter, Addie, Nicole Webb of Lewiston with her 3-week-old son, Brennan, and 3-year-old daughter, Skyla, Jody Madore of Sabattus with her 2-year-old son, Cameron, and Wendy Demers of Auburn with her 2-year-old son, Nicholas.
