As the third quarter slowly rolls to an end, and the fourth quarter train sets off once again, we enter Crunch Time. Crunch Time is a time when students, as well as adults, attempt to pass in as much late stuff as they can before the end of the fourth quarter. In some cases, students blow off some of their work and forget about it until they go to check their grades online, or their teachers tell them so.
The only downside to this situation is that students have a tendency to rush their late work. Sloppy and rushed work can lead to bad grades, and bad can lead to failing, and failing is not good. So this year let’s make this a no make up year, let’s make students more prepared and smarter, let’s make 08-09 a year to remember, school-wise.
