LISBON – The Lisbon Revitalization Committee is finalizing a flag project to display American flags and yellow ribbons on poles from Lisbon into Lisbon Falls.

Flags may be purchased “in memory” or “in honor” of someone or donations can be made toward the flag project. The flags are 3 feet by 5 feet nylon with a spinning aluminum 6-foot pole and brackets.

All purchased flags will be announced during the Moxie Festival Parade, listed on the town Web site and printed in a pamphlet for the flag project. The cost of the set is $45. All orders must be placed and paid for no later than Friday, May 15.
