FARMINGTON – Stephen Scharoun, a member of the professional staff at the University of Maine at Farmington, will share methodology and findings along the Sandy River with the Farmington Historical Society at the 6 p.m. Monday, May 11, meeting at Henderson Memorial Baptist Church.

A potluck dinner at 6 will be followed by the talk on “Digging into the Past.” The public is invited.

The Farmington Historical Society has been instrumental in preserving records and sites in the area for many years. Membership is open to interested parties for dues of $10 annually.
