JAY – Two men have been charged with breaking into an apartment on Trask Lane and stealing medications.

After evidence was gathered from the scene and interviews were conducted, Jay police Detective Drew Hufnagel arrested Seth Gordon, 19, of Livermore Falls on May 4 on charges of felony burglary and theft of drugs, and a misdemeanor charge of theft by unauthorized taking, and violation of conditional release.

Hufnagel also arrested Scott Kidder, 28, of Wilton, on May 5 on charges of felony criminal liability for being an accessory in the burglary and a misdemeanor receiving stolen property.
