AUBURN – ENEFCO notched its first Minor Division win in Auburn Suburban Little League, beating Hudson Bus Lines, 13-0.

Aiden Dollen-Oliveto highlighted the game with an unassisted triple play in the third inning. Dollen-Oliveto also led the offense, going 5-for-5 with a triple and two doubles and scoring four runs.

Everyone notched a hit for ENEFCO, including first time hitter Maxwell Gamache. Oliver Hall also went 5-for-5, while Joel Stubbs was 4-for-4. Keegan Pelletier made a great catch for ENEFCO. Nick Hathaway had a 3-for-3 night in the loss for Hudson.

The momentum continued into ENEFCO’s next contest, a 15-5 victory over Hammond Lumber. Bobby Tremaine led the way with five hits. Patrick Fogarty, Seth Webster and Daniel Nalley all notched four hits, and each scored three runs. Gamache had three more hits for ENEFCO. Nathan Bartshe and Joshua White both played great defense for Hammond.

ASLL Major Baseball

Pepsi and East Auburn split a Major Division doubleheader, with East Auburn winning the first game, 7-4, and Pepsi pocketing the rematch, 11-7.

Llewellyn Jensen pitched six strong innings in the opener for East Auburn, striking out 14 and allowing four hits. Zachary Abisilah and Drew Lashua pitched for Pepsi, combining for eight strikeouts and allowing only two hits. C.J. Jipson and Ian Mileikis led Pepsi’s offense. Austin Culleton and Matt Verrill headlined the attack for East Auburn. Pepsi’s Bo Norcross and East Auburn’s Kaileb Tremaine stood out defensively.

In the nightcap, Pepsi got strong relief pitching from Jarod Norcross-Plourde and banged out 12 hits. C.J. Jipson and Gavin Bates led the assault for Pepsi. Austin Culleton was the top bat for East Auburn, while Luke Sterling provided the momentum on the mound. Both teams played solid defense, highlighted by Noah Yarnevich of Pepsi and EA’s Joe Cooper.

ASLL Minor Softball

Pacios Rausch evened its Minor Division softball record at 3-3 with three recent victories.

All 11 girls registered a hit in a victory over East Auburn. Maddie Allen led the attack, going 4-for-4 and scoring four runs. Mary White was 3-for-3 and crossed the plate three times. Madison Thistlewaite and Sarah Legere were defensive standouts.

Sarah Sterling and Grace Beaudette were the leading hitters for East Auburn.

Pacios beat Sam’s, 16-9, behind Morgan Creps’ 5-for-5 day. Creps also scored three runs. Julia Milks, Michaela Nalley and Destiny Levesque each notched three hits. Abby and Grace Russell were the leading hitters for Sam’s, with Grace going 4-for-4 and Abby registering three hits.

Piper Norcross went 5-for-5 and scored a run in Pacios’ 14-8 win over Prudential. Kimberly Cristina went 3-for-3. Emma Allen tallied two hits and scored two runs. Sarah Legere played great defense for Pacios. Lauren Berube led Prudential’s lineup.
