On June 9, Paris will be electing a new selectman. I hope voters will join me in voting for Richard “Rick” McAlister.
I have known him for many years. He is a person of great character and integrity. In times ahead, the town of Paris will need to meet the continuing economic challenges facing us all. Residents will need a board of selectmen who can make sound and objective decisions in order for the town to continue to move forward. Good, fair, transparent government does not just happen without good leaders.
Rick McAlister is such a leader.
I invite others to join me and vote for him on June 9.
