Harris Bradeen, an Army veteran of the Vietnam War, has been putting up flags along Turner Center Road for the past seven years for “any holiday to do with veterans,” he said. He is a member of the American Legion Turner Memorial Post 111. Thirty-two flags will be up until Tuesday “just to let people know it is a holiday and for them to pay their respect,” the elder Bradeen said.
