Park is open
BETHEL – Angevine Park and swim pond, located on the North Road 2.2 miles from Route 2, is open for the season daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Admission is free.
A few posted park rules are enforced. These rules include no dogs, no alcohol and no tobacco. For more information, call 824-2669.
Final storytime
RUMFORD – The final preschool storytime for this school year will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 27, at the Rumford Public Library. The theme is “Picnics.”
Following the storytime those attending will go outside for a picnic in the library park, so bring a lunch and a picnic blanket. If it rains, they will spread the blankets in the public room.
All area children ages 2 to 5 are welcome. Storytime will resume in the fall.
Class meeting
RUMFORD – The Mexico High School Class of 1959 is invited to meet at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 10, at the Route 2 Diner, Rumford Center.

South Paris Career Center, 232 Main St., Mondays, June 1 and 29, at 10 a.m.; Rumford Career Center, 35 Congress St., Monday, June 22, at 10 a.m.
