PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) – Police have confirmed the identity of a 20-year-old man who died after falling from a third floor balcony in Providence during a party.

Police said 20-year-old Bryan Lynch of Warwick was pronounced dead at Rhode Island Hospital after the 4 a.m. fall on Sunday at the Doyle Avenue party.

Police believe the fall was an accident.
