LEWISTON – Authorities on Tuesday were investigating a Monday afternoon incident that left a Greene motorist minus a passenger-side window.

Someone shot a BB gun at a 2008 Kia 4-door driven by Doug McDowell in the area of 168 Randall Road shortly before 5 p.m., Lewiston police Lt. Mark Cornelio said Tuesday.

The BB shot out the passenger-side window of McDowell’s car, hitting his wife, Jackie McDowell, and covering her with glass.

No one was injured in the incident, which remains under investigation by Lewiston police.
