LEEDS – SAD 52 Superintendent of Schools Darlene Burdin has announced Claudeen Bergeron of Leeds Central School as the Patience Norman Award recipient for the year. The award was presented during a staff meeting.
Bergeron was nominated by Hillary Bohn, Rebecca Kent, Leticia Goucher and Michelle Kyllonen.
Their recommendation noted the many ways Bergeron impacts the school and SAD 52. They said she gives hours beyond the call of duty to push Leeds Central School and SAD 52 to greater heights and on a day-to-day basis, she radiates commitment and professionalism.
They said, “We believe she portrays (and possibly exceeds) all of the characteristics noted on the nomination form.”
