PARIS – Trinity Lutheran Church, 34 Buckfield Road, South Paris, will hold worship service at 9 a.m. Sunday, June 7. There will be coffee, refreshments and fellowship after.
All are also welcome to Bible study, which is held every Wednesday at 7 p.m., followed by coffee and refreshment. Members should note the new time for worship service.
Ham dinner
CASCO – A ham dinner will be held from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Saturday, June 6, at the Casco Central Fire Station, Meadow Road. The menu will include ham, potatoes, veggies, roll and beverage.
Donations will be accepted and will benefit the Casco Volunteer Fire Department so it can purchase thermal cameras.
Festival theme
NORWAY – The Norway Arts Festival will feature “Looking Up in Norway” as this year’s theme and it will focus on the “Cupolas, Steeples and Weathervanes” of the Norway Main Street buildings.
As a festival sponsor Norway Downtown is planning to produce an 11 x 17 size poster of 12 images using photos or paintings. The public in invited to submit entries, which should be brought to the Norway Memorial Library by Friday, June 19.

Shop celebration
NORWAY – The Alpha and Omega Thrift Shop, located on the lower level of the Norway/Paris Solid Waste Facility, 39 Brown St., will hold a customer appreciation celebration and sale from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday and Saturday, June 12 and 13.
Friday there will be free coffee and homemade doughnuts from 10 a.m. to noon and coupons will be given.
Saturday there will be free hamburgs, hot dogs, soda and water from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and more coupons will be given.
There will be free candy and prizes for the kids.

Society sale
HEBRON – The Greenwood Mountain Inn, Greenwood Mountain Road, will hold a large yard sale and bake sale to benefit the Hebron Historical Society from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, June 13 (rain date June 20).
Donations from members and friends will supplement items from the inn. Donations are still being sought. To donate items, call Robert Swift at 966-1076.
Masonic supper
NORWAY – A public baked bean supper will be held from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Saturday, June 20, at the Masonic Lodge, 9 Temple St. Cost is adults, $7; under 12, $4.
