LEWISTON – Ste. Croix No. 413, Union Saint-Jean-Baptiste Council, honored three eighth-graders and three high school students who had been selected by their teachers for outstanding work in French.

Each received a French-English dictionary and a certificate of merit.

The awards were made at each school during an assembly.

Secondary award winners were Sarah Olstein, Edward Little High School; Nimal Eames-Scott, Lewiston High School; and Meagan Poulin, St. Dominic Regional High School.

Middle school awards went to Camden Martin, Auburn Middle School; Kelsey Dumond, Lewiston Middle School; and Kate Sawyer, Trinity Catholic School.
