RIVER FALLS, Wis. – Carmen M. Ricker, 82, of 169 Saco Ave., Old Orchard Beach, passed away Saturday, June 6, after a brief illness.

She was born in Lewiston, on Sept. 30, 1926, the daughter of Fernand and Emilia (Cote) Chasse. She was raised in Lewiston and lived there for many years, before moving to Old Orchard Beach.

She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and St. Margaret’s Catholic Church. She was a longtime employee of Powder Horn Campground and volunteered regularly at the Chamber of Commerce. She enjoyed playing bingo, reading and doing puzzles.

She is survived by two daughters, Carlene LeClair of Mechanic Falls and Lisa Allen and husband, Jeff, of Hudson, Wis.; three beloved grandchildren, Nicole, Megan and Jack; and two sisters, Rejane Asselin of Auburn and Merilla Hamilton of Fort Wayne, Ind.

She was predeceased by her husband, Wesley R. Ricker; her son, Bertrand R. LeClair; two sisters, Therese Henson and Jeannette Michaud; and a brother, Alfred Chasse.
