Andrea Burns, president of Norway Downtown, was recently awarded a citation as Board Member of the Year during the 9th Annual Maine Downtown Conference on June 5 in Rockland. Norway Downtown received five of the 13 honors that were awarded at this year’s conference. Burns, center, is surrounded by other board members from each of the nine “Main Street Communities” in Maine who were also acknowledged.
