Chad J. Bishop, 34, Rumford, domestic violence assault on March 29, sent to jury trial.

Marc Arthur Chartier Sr., 51, Mexico, assault on Feb. 6, found guilty, fined $500.

Michael P. Ciliberti Jr., 39, Rumford, violating protective order on March 20, sent to jury trial.

Jason D. Cole, 28, Rochester, N.H., assault on Feb. 13, 2006, sent to jury trial.

Matthew C. Daigle, 23, Gloucester, Mass., operating under the influence on Jan. 4, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours, license suspended 90 days.

Michelle J. Day, 38, Rumford, operating while license suspended or revoked-prior on Dec. 6, 2008, dismissed.

Robert J. Heath, 25, Mexico, assault, obstructing report of crime, violating condition of release on Feb. 19, found guilty on first charge, fined $300; found guilty on second charge, fined $200; third charge dismissed.

Kyle W. Heintz, 21, Dixfield, allowing minor to possess or consume liquor on Dec. 17, 2008, dismissed.

Edward S. Lamontagne, 40, Beverly, Mass., failure to register vehicle on Dec. 27, 2008, dismissed.

Randi L. Marston, 21, Roxbury, two counts of criminal mischief on Aug. 15, 2007, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Nancy A. Martineau, 45, Rumford, domestic violence assault on Jan. 13, dismissed.

Shannon Michele Merriam, 38, Mexico, domestic violence assault on March 24, sent to jury trial.

Nation T. Miller, 19, Rumford, carrying concealed weapon on Nov. 15, 2008, found guilty, fined $400.

Julie M. Morgan, 38, Westbrook, operating under the influence on Nov. 15, 2008, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Michael D. Petrie, 27, Rumford, operating under the influence on Sept. 27, 2008, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Merton A. Pinkham, 41, Hebron, criminal trespass, violating condition of release on May 12, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 48 hours; second charge dismissed.

Steven M. Randall, 18, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 29, 2008, dismissed.

Stephen P. Reierstad, 65, Roxbury, driving to endanger, reckless conduct on Nov. 30, 2008, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $575.

Theresa I. Richard, 41, Rumford, disorderly conduct-loud unreasonable noise, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Nov. 22, 2008, found guilty on first charge, fined $250; second charge dismissed.

Richard L. Ross II, 23, Rumford, criminal mischief, discharging firearm or crossbow near dwelling, shooting from motor vehicle or motorboat on Jan. 11, found guilty on first and second charge, fined $200 each; third charge dismissed.

Kenneth J. Scott, 42, Waterford, possession of marijuana on Nov. 28, 2008, by default, fined $350.

Stephen C. Thomas, 47, Roxbury, possession of marijuana on Dec. 7, 2008, dismissed.

Trinity D. Wilson, 33, Dixfield, domestic violence assault on April 16, sent to jury trial.
