PARIS – The jury has found Duane Christopher Waterman guilty on both counts of Class A murder in the shooting deaths of 50-year-old Timothy Mayberry of West Paris and 43-year-old Todd Smith of Paris in July of last year.

The jury began deliberations first thing this morning and delivered a verdict just after 4 p.m. on Tuesday.

Waterman returned to jail to await sentencing.
