AUBURN — Central Maine Community College’s Corporate and Community Services Department will offer its second summertime series for business owners and their employees.
The Survive and Thrive Series will be held on Thursdays, July 9, 16 and 23, from 9 a.m. to noon. The workshops are $49 each, or $125 for all three. Lunch is included with each workshop.
The first workshop is Navigating Uncharted Waters. The program will challenge business owners to get real about the current state of their business and take immediate action to find a new course.
The second workshop is The 10 Steps to Being Unstoppable and is designed for employees at all levels. Participants will be encouraged to make a productivity plan and create clear career goals.
The final workshop is How to Create a Culture of Engaged Employees and will show business owners how to look at their organizations and make a plan to re-engage, or further engage, their employees to save money and make the most of their resources.
The workshops will be run by Michelle Neujahr, an expert in organizational development. Her programs are designed to motivate individuals to take action, maximize their potential, increase productivity and make a positive difference in their workplace.
