- Rumford Lodge of Elks 862 recently honored Eagle Scout Robert Buotte during his Court of Honor. Eagle Scout is the highest honor a Boy Scout can achieve. Buotte was presented a five-year membership to the National Eagle Scout Association, a Scout neckerchief and slide, an Elks Eagle Scout patch, an American flag, a certificate and a check for $50.
