One of the first-time offerings at the 42nd annual Norway Sidewalk Arts Show in Norway will be traditional, freehand cut silhouettes of children and adults, done from five-minute sittings. Ruth Monsell, Maine’s only professional silhouette artist, will be available to create cut portraits starting from 9 a.m.Saturday, July 11.
