LIVERMORE FALLS — Police were called Sunday night to disperse 15 teenagers accused of harassing children in the Knapp Street area, police Chief Ernest Steward Jr. said Monday.
Three who left the group before police arrived were charged about an hour later with criminal trespassing and criminal mischief in the Church Street area at 9:50 p.m., Steward said. The three were believed to be 17 years old and all from Wilton.
One was wearing a flag around his neck, Steward said. The flag was taken from a flag disposal box outside the American Legion Post 10 Hall.
