MEXICO — These incidents were handled recently by the Mexico Police Department.

Accident

Vehicles driven by Lora L. Glover, 42, Isthmus Road, Rumford, and Nicole A. Blanchard, 31, of Erchles Street, Rumford, collided at 3 p.m., July 16, on Main Street. Glover’s 2005 GMC sport utility vehicle sustained $2,500 damage. Blanchard’s 1992 four-door Ford sedan sustained $800 damage.

Theft

A Kimball Avenue resident reported at 4:41 p.m., July 20, that someone had taken circuit breakers from his residence sometime the night before. Police have suspects.

Burglaries

An Osgood Avenue resident reported at 7:24 p.m., July 9, that someone entered her home and stole $23 from her purse. Police have suspects.

A Katie Lane resident reported at 11:39 a.m., July 10, that someone had broken the locks to two sheds on her property, causing about $25 damage. Nothing appeared to be stolen. Police have suspects.

Vandalism

A Harlow Hill Road resident reported at 11:50 a.m., July 21, that someone had entered her home and cut up her clothing and several photographs. Police have a suspect.
