PHILLIPS — New transfer station hours for residents of Phillips, Avon and Madrid Township will become effective Aug. 5. The Phillips station will be open from 8:30 a.m. to noon on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays.
