DIXFIELD — The Dixfield Main Street Outdoor Market Committee has announced that the date for this year’s market is Sunday, Aug. 16, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Vendor spots are available for a $15 fee.
Monies collected will be used to advertise the event. Any money not needed for advertising will be used to fund local projects like donations to the Chamber of Commerce Easter Egg Hunt, the Dixfield Historical Society, local food pantries, the Dixfield Halloween Walk and others.
A road race will be held early in the morning of the market and will start from the Village Green.For more information about participating in the road race, call Paul Jones at 562-7172.
Vendor spots are 10 by 15 feet and applications may be picked up or mailed from Leg Cabin Craftworks. Call 562-8816 daytime for details. Vendors are welcome to sell any legal product or advertise local organizations or events. School funding projects, raffle sales, food, are welcome.
