AUBURN — The First Auburn Seniors will meet on Wednesday, Aug. 5, at Hasty Community Center. The board of directors will meet at 10 a.m. and President Angie Jipson will preside over the regular meeting at 11 a.m. Tickets will be on sale, for $4, for the Tot Lot barbecue to be held Wednesday, Aug. 19. The monthly raffle will be held and bingo will be played following a luncheon.

There were 62 members in attendance at a chicken barbecue luncheon on July 15. Attendance winners were Betty Hebert and Jerry Brushwein; pot of gold, Virginia Trafford, Gerald Timberlake and Barbara Hinkley.
