Criminal mischief
A company truck at 10 Avon St. had a window broken with a rock. Witnesses report seeing three young teenagers in the parking lot a short time before the damage was noted at 1 p.m. Aug. 4.
A residence at 19 Leavitt Ave. had rocks thrown at it by two male teenagers on bicycles at 9:15 p.m. Aug. 4.
At Planet Fitness, 40 East Ave., a plate-glass window was broken by a thrown rock at 3:55 a.m. Aug. 5. Witnesses report seeing two males in a red Ford, possible registration of 849AGR, which is not on file.
A vehicle at 462 College St. had a window broken sometime prior to 6 a.m. Aug. 5.
A vehicle at 416 College St. had a windshield broken sometime prior to 10:17 a.m. Aug. 5.
A vehicle at 133 Campus Ave. had a rock thrown through its window sometime prior to 7:44 a.m. Aug. 5.
A vehicle at 244 Lincoln St. had its windshield broken prior to 10:44 a.m. Aug. 5
A window was smashed at the Kennel Shop, 20 East Ave., prior to 6:30 a.m. Aug. 5.
A vehicle parked on Central Avenue near Russell Street had a window broken prior to 12:48 p.m. Aug. 5.
At Mailhot’s Sausage on Bartlett Street, several business trucks had their windshields broken prior to 12:56 p.m. Aug. 6.
A mailbox at 201 Montello St. was smashed by a thrown piece of tile on Aug. 6 at 11:30 p.m.
A residence at 152 Hogan Road was damaged by a thrown piece of tile on Aug. 6 at 11:56 p.m.
At 11 p.m. Aug. 1 a vehicle passed 64 Oxford St. several times and threw numerous acid bombs out of the window.
A vehicle parked at 87 Howe St. had its tires slashed overnight Aug. 2-3.
A picnic table outside of the Longley School at 145 Birch St. was damaged overnight July 31 and Aug. 1.
A vehicle parked at 100 Pine St. was keyed on Aug. 6 between 6 and 7 p.m.
A vehicle parked at 143 Bartlett St. had a windshield broken with a rock between 11:30 p.m. on Aug. 1 and 9 a.m. on Aug. 2.
A building at 315 Bates St. was tagged with graffiti at 9 p.m. July 28. The suspects were two male teenagers.
Theft
A license plate was stolen from a vehicle parked at 42 Greenwood Lane overnight Aug. 2-3.
A mailbox at 2 Pond Ridge Dr. was stolen overnight Aug. 1-2.
Thirty orange safety cones marked with NEUCO were stolen from the parking lot of the Colisee at 160 Birch St. sometime over the weekend July 31 to Aug. 3.
A vehicle parked at 243 Bartlett St. had its tow hitch stolen from the rear of it on Aug. 6 at 1 p.m.
A Canon digital camera was stolen from the Root Cellar at 89 Birch St. sometime between July 27-31.
Burglary
An apartment at 31 River St. was burglarized at 3:30 a.m. Aug. 1. Entry was gained through an open window; some clothing and a wallet were taken.
Motor vehicle burglary
Three vehicles parked at 16 Hillside Lane were burglarized overnight Aug. 1-2; the vehicles were rummaged, and change was taken.
Operating after suspension
Yonis Noor, 29, was charged with operating while license suspended, possession of suspended license and operating with
suspended registration at 12:11 a.m. Aug. 3 at Park and Chestnut streets.
John Maurno, 47, was charged with operating while license suspended and operating with suspended registration at 1:14 a.m. Aug. 4 at Pine and Pierce streets.
Holly Roewer, 25, was charged with operating while license suspended at 2:27 a.m. Aug. 4 at Canal and Chestnut streets.
Operating under the influence
Miles Allen, 22, was charged with operating under the influence at 1:16 a.m. Aug. 1 at 324 Pine St.
Joanne Barry, 30, was charged with operating under the influence at 1:17 a.m. Aug. 1 at 500 Canal St.
Douglas Gray, 64, was charged with operating under the influence and operating without a license at 9:43 p.m. Aug. 1 at 18 Katie Ave. after police received a report of a vehicle off the road.
Scott St. Laurent, 38, was charged with operating under the influence at 5:40 p.m. Aug. 2 at Bartlett and Birch streets.
Shawn Forsyth, 50, was charged with operating under the influence at 5:40 p.m. Aug. 2 at Bartlett and Birch streets.
Wanted
Jonathan Wine, 23, is wanted on a warrant charging failure to appear for burglary.
James Whalen, 48, is wanted on a warrant charging failure to appear for criminal mischief.
William Carpenter, 50, is wanted on a warrant charging failure to appear for attaching false plates.
