GREENE — Mac McHale and Emery Hutchins, aka Mac & Hutch, will bring their songs from Ireland, the mountains and the sea to Araxine Wilkins Sawyer Foundation on Friday, Aug. 14.

Mac & Hutch will perform some of their favorites from The Northeast Winds, which they founded and recorded with for nearly 18 years, as well as old-time traditional country music.

For the past 17 years, McHale has headed up the group Mac McHale & the Old-time Radio Gang. Hutchins has been a member of the Angel Band, a world-famous Irish music group.

They will play the banjo, guitar, mandolin, concertina, bodran and octave mandolin. Performances will be at 2 and 7 p.m. The foundation is at 371 Sawyer Road. For more information, call 946-5311.
