RUMFORD — The River Valley Chamber of Commerce will hold a wine and cheese business social from 5 to 7 p.m. on Aug. 17 at Brian’s Bistro in the Hotel Harris, corner of Hartford and Lowell streets in Rumford. Cost is $5 and includes a complimentary glass of wine and cheese.
