CARTHAGE — Jim and Maryanne Andiulewicz announce the grand opening of Anjul’s Heavenly Sundaes, 617 Carthage Road, on Aug. 21. The River Valley Chamber of Commerce conduct a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 8:30 a.m. The business will offer special hours of operation for that day, 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Regular hours will be 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Sunday through Saturday.
