FARMINGTON — The Bureau of Insurance’s ongoing Summer Consumer Outreach Program will continue at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18, with a public meeting in the North Dining Hall at the University of Maine Farmington. A statement from the bureau said this will be the fourth in a series of sessions around the state to help consumers with insurance cases and to raise awareness of the bureau’s resources.

The sessions include an overview of the bureau’s services, and ample time is provided for questions. Additionally, staff members assist individual consumers with their specific cases. Other outreach meetings have already been held in Portland and Bangor.
