OXFORD — The Post 112 American Legion Riders will hold a cruise-in/street dance from 6 to 11 p.m. Friday, Aug. 14, at the post, King Street.

Proceeds will benefit the Legacy Scholarship Fund and the Western Maine Veterans’ Home Activity Fund.

Music will be provided by TJ’s DJ Service and refreshments, hamburgers, hot dogs, soda and baked goods, will be available.
There will also be a 50/50 raffle and other give-aways, plus free T-shirts to the first 100.

Auxiliary President Linda Jack has been working with area auto clubs, which will host a poker run that will end at the street dance.

Rain date will be Friday, Aug. 21.
