Brian and Heather Beaulieu

AUBURN — The wedding of Heather J. Asquith and Brian J. Beaulieu was held Sept. 20 at St. Philip’s Catholic Church in Auburn. The Rev. Frank Murray officiated at the ceremony, which was held outside under the oak tree gardens by the outside altar.

The bride is the daughter of Kathi Asquith and the late Robert Asquith of Greene. The bridegroom is the son of Laurier and Marie Beaulieu of Wales.

The bride was given in marriage by her mother. There were four maids of honor, Meghan Diffin and Bethany Asquith, sisters of the bride, Sarah Beaulieu, sister of the bridegroom, and Pam Morency, friend of the bride. There were also two bridal assistants, Erin Tanzer and Aimee Ahari. All carried bouquets of fall flowers grown by the mother of the bridegroom.

The bride wore a simple floor length white satin gown.

The best men were Jason Beaulieu, brother of the bridegroom, Daniel Diffin, brother-in-law of the bride, and Adam Greenlaw and Adam Begin, friends of the bridegroom.

Readings were done by Vanessa Veilleux, friend of the couple, Shearon Murphy, cousin of the bride, and Rochelle Harriman, godmother of the bridegroom. The mother of the bridegroom sang the responsorial psalm.

A reception followed at McLaughlin Gardens in South Paris, after which the couple honeymooned on a cruise to the Caribbean.

The bride is a graduate of St. Michael’s College in Vermont with a bachelor’s degree in theater arts and business.

The bridegroom is a graduate of the University of Maine with a degree in structural engineering.

The couple is residing in Topsham.
