Tristyn Thorpe, 8, daughter of Lynn and Allen Thorpe of Oxford, demonstrates the mobile she made during the Norway Memorial Library’s program, “Calder’s Creations.” Children learned about innovative sculptor Alexander Calder and made their own mobiles. The activity was part of the library’s Summer Reading Program, the theme of which was “Be Creative at Your Library.”
