George L. Mower
1930 – 2009

ANAHEIM, Calif. — George L. Mower of Seal Beach, Calif., formerly of Auburn, died Aug. 20, in Anaheim, Calif.

He was born to Ernest and Doris Smith Mower on March 26, 1930. He graduated from Edward Little High School, Class of 1948.

He is survived by two daughters, Lorna Carter of Everett, Wash., and Lisa Belk of Anaheim, Calif.; a son, George Jr. of Avondale, Ariz.; two stepsons, Paige Blouin of Etna and Paul Blouin of Oregon and Maine; stepdaughter, Verna Blouin of Fountain Valley, Calif.; his former wife, Jean Hodgkins Mower of Anaheim, Calif.; his sister, Carlene Sweet of Pendleton, S.C.; and many grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his brother, Eugene.
