FARMINGTON — Two people pleaded not guilty Friday to a charge of aggravated criminal trespass in connection with an incident at a Farmington apartment on March 2 when a 4-year-old boy from removed from a relative’s home.
Jennifer Woodbury, 27, of Madison, the mother of the child, and Joseph Magee, 31, of Skowhegan, who are not to be in contact with each other, were seated apart in the Franklin County Superior courtroom in Farmington.
The couple entered a Farmington apartment during the night, fought with the father and left with the child who was later found and returned home, police said previously.
Magee also pleaded not guilty to charges of assault and tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim.
