SOUTH PARIS — Claire G. Lowell, 84, of South Paris died Tuesday, Aug. 25, at the Market Square Health Care Center.
She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., March 20, 1925, the daughter of Mathew J. and Claire O’Banahan Maloney.
She had been a homemaker most of her adult life. Her life was centered on her children. She was a member of the Oxford Advent Christian Church.
She is survived by her children, Cassandra LaChapelle and her husband, Bob, of Larimore, N.D., Lyman S. Lowell and his wife, Cynthia, of Havana, Fla., Kathleen R. Lowell and significant other, Melissa Lowell, of Pittsboro, N.C., Daniel J. Lowell and wife, Catherine, of Bellingham, N.D., and Geneva A. Punch and her husband, James, of New Gloucester; one brother, James M. Maloney of Fort Myers, Fla.; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
