Aug. 16 at 12:49 a.m.: Steven Marin, 45, of Wilton was summoned by Ptl. Lawrence Winson on a charge of operating after suspension. Marin is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Nov. 3.
Aug. 16 at 1:17 a.m.: Eric M. Richard, 33, of Auburn was arrested by Sgt. James Bernard on a charge of disorderly conduct. Richard posted $300 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Oct. 6.
Aug. 16 at 2:21 a.m.: Heather Boulanger, 29, of Rumford was arrested by Sgt. James Bernard on a charge of violation of protection order. Boulanger posted unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Oct. 6.
Aug. 16 at 10:33 a.m.: Wendy Varney, 34, of Mexico was summoned by Sgt. Tracey Higley on a charge of terrorizing and telephone harassment. Varney is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Oct. 6.
Aug. 17 at 12:30 p.m.: Amy Howes, 27, of Rumford was summoned by Ptl. Scott Mills on a charge of assault. Howes is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Oct. 6.
Aug. 17 at 12:30 p.m.: Amy Howes, 27, of Rumford was arrested by Ptl. Scott Mills on a charge of domestic assault. Howes was unable to post bail and was taken to the Oxford County Jail. She is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Oct. 6.
Aug. 17 at 2:12 p.m.: Andrew Baker, 24, of Shelburne, N.H., was summoned by Sgt. James Bernard on a charge of illegal possession of drug paraphernalia. Baker is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Oct. 6.
Aug. 19 at 10:15 p.m.: Sabrina Mason, 26, of Rumford was arrested by Cpl. Douglas Maifeld on a warrant for failure to pay fines for an operating after suspension. Mason posted $125 cash bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Sept. 8.
Aug. 20 at 8:48 a.m.: Jason Hill, 29, of Rumford was arrested by Ptl. Michael Belanger on a warrant for failure to appear for unlawful schedule drugs. Hill posted $250 cash bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Sept. 8.
Aug. 20 at 9:24 a.m.: A 17-year-old girl from Rumford was summoned by Ptl. Michael Belanger on a charge of illegal possession of alcohol by a juvenile. She is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Nov. 3.
Aug. 20 at 11 a.m.: A 17-year-old girl from Rumford was arrested by Ptl. Michael Belanger on a charge of disorderly conduct. She was released to a parent and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Nov. 3.
Aug. 20 at 4:06 p.m.: William Greaton, 37, of Rumford was arrested by Sgt. Tracey Higley for violation conditions of release. Greaton, who wasn’t permitted bail, was taken to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Oct. 6.
Aug. 20 at 4:52 p.m.: Travis Cyr, 24, of Rumford was summoned by Ptl. Michael Belanger on a charge of cultivating marijuana. Cyr and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Oct. 6.
Aug. 21 at 1:53 a.m.: Keith Provencher, 27, of Rumford was arrested by Ptl. Ian Theriault on two warrants for sex offender violation and violation conditions of release. Provencher wasn’t permitted bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail.
Aug. 21 at 10:36 a.m.: Maxwell Fowler, 31, of Rumford was arrested by Cpl. Matthew Noyes on warrants for burglary of a motor vehicle, theft and violation conditions of release. Fowler posted $400 cash bail and was released.
Aug. 21 at 9:35 p.m.: Andrew Farrington, 20, of Rumford was arrested by Ptl. Lawrence Winson on a charge of operating after suspension and violation conditions of release. Farrington was unable to post bail and was taken to Oxford County Jail. He is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Nov. 3.
Aug. 22 at 3:19 p.m.: Peter Rispoli, 65, of Rumford was arrested by Sgt. Tracey Higley on a charge of domestic assault. Rispoli posted unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Oct. 6.
Aug. 23 at 1:39 a.m.: A 16-year-old male from Mexico was summoned by Ptl. Lawrence Winson on a charge of illegal possession of alcohol. He is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Nov. 3.
