Richard Paul Tourangeau graduated from Albany College of Pharmacy, cum laude, with a doctor of pharmacy degree at commencement exercises on May 9. Tourangeau is the son of Pamylah Brown of Auburn and Richard Tourangeau Sr. of Scarborough, and the grandson of Barbara M. Hustus of Pownal.
