Victoria Williams, daughter of Carmen and Timothy Williams of Bowdoin, received a BA degree in English and women’s and gender studies from Williams College, Williamstown, Mass., at commencement exercises on June 7.

Williams was captain of the badminton club and coordinator of the Williams Rape and Sexual Assault Network. Honors and prizes included 1960s Scholar in English and honors in women’s and gender studies, cum laude, and Nancy McIntire Prize in Women and Gender Studies.

Kathryn Gagne, daughter of Marcel Gagne and Janet Bureau of Sabattus, received a BA in biology from Williams College. Gagne participated in the novice crew, the Williams Record student newspaper, bowling club, was junior adviser, Committee for Priorities and Resources and volunteered at Greylock Animal Hospital.
