RUMFORD — Jay and Tammy Roy of Rumford and Belton, Texas, took a total of five awards at the 2009 Families Advocating Moral Entertainment (FAME) awards ceremony in Pharr, Texas.
Jay won the Guitarist of the Year Award and the Musician of the Year Award, while Tammy took home the Female Vocalist of the Year Award, Song of the Year Award (“On My Father’s Side”) and the Electric Bass Guitarist of the Year Award.
The 2010 FAME awards ceremony will be held on Feb. 25 in Pharr, Texas.
